These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to here, make up the entire agreement between you and Getcohley concerning your use of our Platform, and they replace all earlier agreements and understandings.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Every order is dispatched through our chosen logistics partners. Estimated delivery times and the related costs are shown during checkout and vary according to your location. Getcohley is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer protection laws. To request a return, please contact us at support@getcohley.com. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs fall to the customer unless the item is defective or the mistake was ours. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receiving the returned merchandise.

22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty provisions. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, please get in touch promptly at support@getcohley.com with a description and supporting evidence. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate to the situation.
