This Warranty Policy explains what is covered and how to make a warranty claim.
Note: This warranty stands apart from our 30-day return policy and relates specifically to manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
Every product bought from getcohley.com comes with a 12-month limited warranty, starting on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults not brought about by misuse
- Defective components or workmanship
Where a product is confirmed faulty within the warranty period, we'll provide one of these remedies:
- Repair of the product, or
- Replacement with the same or an equivalent model, or
- A refund where neither repair nor replacement is possible
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof)
- Commercial or rental use unless expressly stated
- Light bulbs or consumable parts unless otherwise specified
3. Warranty Claims Process
To lodge a warranty claim, please reach out and supply:

- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos showing the fault

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Where the problem is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we'll cover the cost of replacement shipping.
If it turns out the issue isn't covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for return or replacement shipping costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Getcohley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, except where applicable law forbids this.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also hold further rights depending on your country or region of residence.
